Alexander Technique changed everything. At a time when I was addicted to work, it taught me how to stop.
During my university music degree I had attended a few group sessions which intrigued me, but there were too many other exciting things to explore. Much later my dear friend and art collaborator Margaret Cameron introduced me to Jane Refshauge. She put me on the table for about 20 minutes, and the effect resonated for six months. It still took me another two years to make an appointment. Then I was on my way.
Five years later, having quit my job, I visited the Alexander-Technik-Schule Berlin, and immediately enrolled in the three-year training programme under Jörg Aßhoff. I am registered with ATVD in Germany and AUSTAT in Australia.
In Berlin, Paleopoli or Melbourne, I work one-on-one, tailoring a programme to accompany each person’s Alexander Technique journey. I periodically offer workshops and retreats. If something here resonates, contact me.

Audio Series
Over the years I have made several audio series drawing on Alexander Technique, meditation and art — short practices for listening to at home, in your own time.
